Growing Up On The Railroad
I grew up on the railroad as my family made their living working for the railroad. My grandfather, father and uncle worked for the railroad and my aunt married a manager for the Louisville and Nashville Railorad. I have written down, in a series of little chapters or stories, my memories of those long ago days . Hopefully, you will get a glimpse of what it was like to live on the railroad in the 1940’s – 1950’s.
